ALL WE HAVE TO DO IS TO STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHT AND THEIR GAME WITH OUR FUTURE IS OVER

Image
The events in the Senate today are exactly why Nnamdi is winning the ideological battle. He has apparently looked at the Nigerian situation and the characters running it. He has seen the entrenched position of the North and their unwillingness to relinquish the skewed advantage bequeathed to them by Northern military heads of states. He has probably come to the sad conclusion that the north will never allow any meaningful restructuring of this country. Out of 95 senators 48 voted against restructuring of powers. Of course we know where those 48 are from. That is the problem. That the political equation of the nation was so skewed in favour of the North that the three southern zones even if they voted in unison cannot get a majority in either house. Indeed it is so skewed against the Igbos that the number of reps from kano alone is bigger than the number from 3 Igbo states. Only kano and one other state from the north west has the total number of reps from the whole Ea

Only a referendum would save Nigeria – Annkio Briggs

Image
Despite the growing consensus by the majority on the need to restructure the country, not a few think that the nation needs more than that to move forward. One of those in that class is an environmental and human rights activist, Annkio Briggs. Even though she used to be one of the vocal advocates of restructuring, she now believes that only a referendum would save the nation. In this interview with WILLY EYA , she speaks on major issues of public discourse. Nigeria is currently going through a turbulent period with tension building from one end of the country to the other. Among the people, there are all manners of hate speeches and echoes of disintegration. If you take a critical look at the development, what would likely be your conclusions? I’m just exhausted in the sense that I cannot believe what is happening to us, a country like Nigeria with the quality and capacity of the people we have? I am shocked that the educated, exposed people all over Nigeria and p

U.S. Will Not Interfere Between Biafra and Nigeria….But The U.S Will Not Tolerate Undemocratic Process And Human Right Abuse In Nigeria: U.S Ambassador

Image
Following the recent press conference held in Washington DC on the 21st of July, The U.S Ambassador to Nigeria Ambassador W. Stuart Symington made it clear that Nigeria is on the verge of going into extinction. He pointed out the non-interference policies of the United States with Nigeria being a sovereign state matured enough to solve its problems. Amb. Stuart made it clear that President Trump has made it clear that Nigeria is a strong subscriber to democratic practices and has embraced Democracy which has progressed since 1999 up till this moment. America will ensure that every problems and challenges facing Nigeria must be handled Democratically, he stated that “The United States of America will not tolerate any iota of undemocratic practices most especially with the issues concerning Human Rights. America remains neutral as to what the Indigenous people and tribes in Nigeria want for their future which is entirely up to them, every individual or group have the

Northern governors meet to take common stand on restructuring

Image
Barring any hitch, the 19 governors in Northern Nigeria will take a common position on the issue of restructuring the country as it affects the interest of the region and make it public tomorrow. The governors are meeting with paramount traditional rulers in the north at the Sir Kashim Ibrahim House in Kaduna and are expected to round up deliberations and issue a communiqué (today). Chairman of the Northern States Governors’ Forum (NSGF) Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno represented by Katsina State governor, Aminu Bello Masari in his opening remarks at the meeting noted that the intervention by the  Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and pledge that the Federal Government is looking into the matter with a view to coming up with a position as well as the constitution of a committee by the APC to handle the issue have to a reasonable extent defused tension and calmed frayed nerves across the country.  He said however that it is his expectation that at the end o

Tony Blair's Visit To The Northern Caliphate Of Nigeria Calls For Another Possible Genocide

Image
The rise in demand for the restoration of Biafra is today resonating not just in Nigeria but everywhere around the world. The unfettered quest by the Indigenous People Of Biafra to restoring back their stolen identity has reached it's Rubicon and has wittingly or unwittingly skyrocketed from the periphery to the mainstream media everywhere on the earth surface. Even politicians from different parts of the world are waking up in defence of the oppressed people of world and Biafrans in particular, while others are hatching and plotting on the total decimation of the oppressed. Biafrans have been subjugated and impoverished for so long by Northern Hausa Fulani oligarchy and their foreign allies which is not unconnected to the recent visit to Kaduna state by Mr. Tony Blair, the former British Prime Minister. Anthony Charles Lynton Blair, born 6th May, 1953 is a British politician who served as Prime Minister of United Kingdom from 1997 to 2007. He also served as the l

Senate’s rejection of restructuring is direct support of our agitation – IPOB

Image
The Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, has commended the Nigerian senate for rejecting the proposed restructuring of the country, stressing that restructuring will not benefit anyone. The pro-Biafra group said the decision of the Upper Legislative Chamber to reject the bill makes it clear that Northern Senators have realized that “IPOB remains the only legitimate voice that understands the plight of the masses and prepared to do something about it.” A statement sent to DAILY POST by the group’s spokesperson, Emma Powerful, on Thursday reads, “We members of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) and it’s leadership worldwide under the command and leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the prophet of our time wish to congratulate the honourable members of the Nigerian Senate for summoning the courage to vindicate our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB on the floor of Senate chamber through their rejection of restructuring saga in Nigeria. “We are equally thanking them for voting

Why Fulani Herdsmen Militia Are Interested In Enugu, Biafraland

Image
Most people have not for once contemplated the reason behind the interest of fanatic Fulani Muslim irredentists in Enugu. Why are so many cattle Fulani herdsmen trooping to Enugu every now and then? In Biafraland, Enugu is in a very strategic location. The zero meridian time, zero latitude started somewhere at the hill in Enugu.  Enugu habours some spiritual, ancient and historical depots, to mention but a few. From research, these sites attracts the Moslems so much. They want to occupy and dominate Enugu by all means and build their caliphate or Islamic temple in one or some of these holy locations in the state. If we have failed to secure ourselves, their zeal is to build their temple exactly at that point of Zero Meridian. And once this is accomplished we cannot recover that location back. And that is the reason for the planting and burying of dangerous ammunitions in underground secret holes in Enugu. Their dream has been on for so long but till n

THE NIGERIAN SENATE BURIES RESTRUCTURING, LEAVING US WITH SECESSION AS THE SOLUTION TO OUR NATIONAL CONUNDRUM

Image
I was startled by the brisk transformation from politics to activism evinced by governors, traditional rulers, and self-acclaimed activists. More shocking was the chorus about restructuring emanating from some market women and street traders, most of whom had no inkling of its acceptation. Yes, in their bid to fight and dissuade Nigerians who had listened to the leader of IPOB, Prince Nnamdi Kanu, they had to manufacture this mantra in furtherance of their divide-and-rule tactics - the same tactics that divvied up the old Eastern Region into SOUTH-EAST and SOUTH-SOUTH. Trust Nigerians, most of the gullible ones down South fell for this new invention and became the ones telling others why RESTRUCTURING was preferable to SECESSION. When this failed to yield the desired result, going by the crowd that thronged in various states to welcome the heroic arrival of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the politicians, their lackeys and cronies, resorted to re-explaining soft secession vide refere

Igbos, Yorubas Will Never Rule Nigeria, Presidency Is Our Birthright – Northern Leaders

Image
The Northern Leaders under the Arewa Consultative Forum, ACF, have said that the Ohanaeze, Afenifere, and Ijaw Leaders, would never again determine who rules Nigeria. Chairman of the Arewa Forum and former Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Coomassie, who stated this on Saturday night, revealed that there is nothing wrong or unusual about the current alliances, and fence-mending among prominent groups, as the elections will be determined by the people. Recall, that the leaderships of Afenifere, Ohanaeze, and the South-South, including the first Republic Information Minister, Chief E. K. Clark, had held series of meetings since the emergence of Dr. John Nwodo, as President-General of Ohanaeze, in a move to enable the South to speak with one voice on topical political issues in the country. Before going into a closed door meeting, on Thursday, Leaders of the South-South and South-East geo-political zones had called for the restructuring of Nigeria, to make all citize

I would rather live as a free man in Oduduwa Republic than continue to live and die as a slave in Nigeria-- Femi Fani-Kayode

Image
For those commentators in this forum who have never participated in or understand Nigerian politics but who tend to speak and act as if they are the only ones that are sincere about restructuring I have the following to say. I hope you have learnt a lesson or two from the fact that during the constitutional review exercise that took place in the last few days the Senate has refused to devolve power from the centre and initiate the process for genuine restructuring in our country. These are the hard facts, hidden obstacles and bitter realities about the struggle that some of us that are in the field have been facing and complaining about for the last 25 years! From henceforth let it be clearly understood by all, including those that desire restructuring but who have never participated in Nigerian politics, that we can never achieve it through the existing constitutional structure or the National Assembly. This is because the system is rigged and designed to protect and

Trump Bans Transgenders From Serving The Military

Image
President Donald Trump has made the executive decision to ban transgenders from serving in the military, reversing a major decision by the Obama administration. In a tweet series posted Wednesday morning, Trump stated that after serious consultation with military experts, the U.S. cannot allow transgenders to serve in the armed forces because of medical costs and disruption posted by integrating these individuals. “After consultation with my Generals and military experts, please be advised that the United States Government will not accept or allow……,” Trump wrote in a tweet. “….Transgender individuals to serve in any capacity in the U.S. Military. Our military must be focused on decisive and overwhelming…..” “….victory and cannot be burdened with the tremendous medical costs and disruption that transgender in the military would entail. Thank you,” Trump added. The decision in effect reverses a decision by the Obama administration last year to allow transgenders to serve op

Youths Refuse To Vote In Lagos Polls

Image
Young Nigerians in some parts of Lagos have expressed their dissatisfaction with their leaders by refusing to be part of the voting exercise during the council polls in the state. At about 11.15am, our correspondent, who went round Oshodi and its environs, observed many youths playing football on major streets in the area. Many of them said the state and federal governments had not done anything significant to make their lives and communities better. “We don’t want to vote because our leaders have not done anything for us, the roads are bad, no electricity, the same system, the same frustrating situation. What is the essence of voting then, said 24-year-old Adeyemi Sunday. Similarly, another youth, Olu, 26, said he did not have a voter’s card. “Even if I did, I will not vote,” he said. “They are not concerned whether we vote or not. They (elected officials) would still get into office despite our votes and do nothing but looting and only taking care of only their

BIAFRAN CHILDREN CRY FOR HELP AS NNAMDI KANU'S WIFE VISITS ABA

Image
The children of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB)  Abia state chapter today cried for help from super power countries in the presence of the wife of the leader of the indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) Mrs.Uchechi Okwu Kanu who visited Aba for the Biafran Children Conference. The children who were addressing Mrs. Kanu and the mammoth crowd who gathered to welcome her in this year's Biafran Children Conference organized in Aba by the IPOB Abia state chapter in remembrance of all the children who starved to death during the 1967-1970 civil war, urged world leaders to give them a nation where they'll be cared for. On behalf of the children, Miss Oluchi who gave the welcome speech wept deeply as she delivered her speech. In her words, "we the children of Biafra want to ask the whole world, super powers, UN, AU and ECOWAS what our offense and that of our patents are to deserve all these ill treatments? "Yes, it's obvious that Nigeria is hard to

A Nigerian who named his dog, Buhari in 2016 Has Been Discharged And Acquited

Image
A magistrate court has struck out all charges against Joachim Iroko, the 41-year old Nigerian who named his dog, Buhari in 2016. O.O. Adebo, the chief magistrate, ruled that the prosecutor failed to substantiate its case against Iroko and thus cleared out all the charges against him on Tuesday in a Chief Magistrate’s Court in Sango-Otta. Premium Times reported. The case which spurred several controversies was reported to the police by one Haliru Umar from Sokoto State in August 2016 for breach of peace. He was accused of harbouring hatred for President Muhammadu Buhari and his arrest trended on social media with nationwide criticism. Recall that Iroko raised alarm about threat to his life when he observed strange individuals lurking within the precinct of their residential apartment in Sango Ota, Ogun state. The accused lawyer expressed delight over the judgement and praised the court for its ruling.

Panic grips ministers over likely cabinet reshuffle today

Image
This is just as Acting President Yemi Osinbajo is today scheduled to inaugurate the two ministers-designate, Stephen Ocheni (Kogi) and Suleiman Hassan (Gombe). The inauguration is billed to take place at 11:00am inside the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa. Some ministers, who spoke to our correspondent, said they had no idea yet on what would be their fate should a reshuffle is effected. They also hinted that they read story of today's inauguration of the two ministers-designate in the newspapers. Osinbajo's spokesman, Mr Laolu Akande, waited till 10:00 pm yesterday before tersely confirming via Twitter that the inauguration would take place today. Akande tweeted the information hours after Daily Trust had reported that the event would hold this morning. Speaking to our correspondent this morning, a minister from the Southwest said: "In this kind of circumstance, anything can happen. We are all waiting for anything." Another cabinet m

You Supported The President That Murdered Biafran People… You Are Nothing But A Dirty, Cheap, Fat, Ugly Frog – Fani Kayode Shades Okorocha

Image
PRESS STATEMENT: RESPONSE TO GOVERNOR ROCHAS OKOROCHA FROM CHIEF FEMI FANI-KAYODE Rochas Okorocha’s jibe at Chief Femi Fani-Kayode following the wide doubts expressed by Nigerians at the authenticity of the photograph emanating from the APC governors’ purported visit to Muhammadu Buhari in London is a sign of desperation to serve the evil purposes for which the Imo State governor has been procured. This is true to the character of Okorocha who is well known for his garrulousness which he ridiculously mistakes for oratory, with which, unfortunately, he has been misleading the good people of Imo State. Okorocha is nothing but a dirty, cheap, fat, ugly frog that mistakes himself for a monkey simply because he can hop. A man who serves and defends a president and government that have murdered, insulted, marginalized and humiliated more of his own Igbo people than any other government in the history of Nigeria outside of the civil war. For a man whose party has unprecede

THE REAL TRUTH ON SOLE ADMINISTRATOR OR NOT, WE MUST BOYCOTT ANAMBRA

Image
Biafrans Anybody trying to Frighten you into Voting come November 18th in Anambra State, by telling you that a Military Sole Administrator will be imposed if you Boycott the elections is a Liar from the subcutaneous part of Hell. First and foremost reason is that this is a Democratic regime, though in name only because this is a regime that still flout Court Orders. So the thought of Military Admi nistrator is downright nonsensical. Secondly, it is Civil disobedience and there is simply nothing wrong with that. However, If you Boycott the Elections, and it was declared Null and void due to lack of participation or low turnout, the Only thing they can constitutionally do is to swear in the Speaker of The Anambra State House of Assembly, whose tenure is yet to expire. Cause when the Governor and His Deputy Are nowhere to be found, and in this case the seat has been declared vacant, the Speaker will assume Administrative duties immediately. That's what their Useless

Governor Umahi, A Human Right Violator And Potential Assassinator

Image
Ebonyi state governor, Dave Umahi allegedly planned the assassination of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the supreme leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB. It started like a play scene when Kanu's convoy was blocked by the brutal Nigerian police cum murderous military on 24th July 2017. Before the road was blocked, Governor Umahi had issued a strong warning that IPOB leader shouldn't risk coming to his state. He boasted that Ebonyi state belonged to terrorists Hausa-Fulani herdsmen. The only sin committed by Nnamdi Kanu is challenging the terrorist Hausa-Fulani whose quest and actions tend towards enslaving Ebonyi people, to the extent that they have built the largest Muslim school in Ebonyi, where they radicalise our people and turn them into caliphate zombies. Governor Umahi did not stop when his first attempt to murder our leader failed, he went further to go after Kanu's convoy on his way back to Abia State, those military assassins followed him with

No Date For A Referendum, No Election In Anambra Nor Any Pace In Biafraland

Image
As Kanu ordered a “No date for a referendum, No election in Anambra nor Biafraland”, we must adhere to it. It is for the good of the people and incoming Biafran generations. It will be the most foolish thing to vote in an election whose outcome is known. Electorates will risk their lives when voting and at the end, those political office holders will still make life more unbearable for the people. It's fair enough and humanly justified to boycott elections in Biafran land starting with Anambra November 18th, 2017. Everything in this write-up centred on visionary leaders whose love for the people created a space in the Guinness Book of Record. Kanu is one of those leaders worthy of emulation. Kanu, through Biafra struggle consistency, has directly given Biafrans a possible hope of Biafran referendum and indirectly given Nigerians (both those who hated him for standing against tyranny) a hope of restructuring. Without Biafra agitation, there won't be anything li

Ebonyi Shuts Down Over Kanu’s Visit

Image
The visit of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on Monday, to Ebonyi State has led to a total shutdown of markets and banks including government house, even as other economic activities were paralyzed. Kanu in his visit moved around the major streets of Abakaliki including the Ebonyi State police command headquarters gate and attracted the attention of all the citizens in the state who are doing their businesses. At the time of filling this report, the police are in company of the supporters to avoid break down of law and order.

Gov El-Rufai Rival, Dr. John Danfulani Visits Nnamdi Kanu

Image
The former Lecturer of Kaduna State University and Human Rights Activist, Dr. John Danfulani paid a courtesy visit to Nnamdi Kanu.  Dr. John visited Nnamdi Kanu in his home town in Afraukwu Ibeku, the palace where the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) Leader and Director of London based Radio is currently residing. The former lecturer was said to be a political rival of the current governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai and Southern Kaduna Organization (SKO) Leader. According to the information curled from a Facebook user and supporter of Biafra struggle, Amaka Ekwo, Dr. John was removed as Lecturer because of his criticism of the administrative style of Nasir El-Rufai government. According to Amaka, The human Rights Activist was locked up in jail by El-Rufai. Danfulani saw a true leader in Nnamdi Kanu as the only one who can rescue Christians from their problem. “Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a great leader who would save Christians from the murderous Nigeria, while he also

Nnamdi Kanu Brought South East To A Standstill, Made Tyrants Tremble – Fani-Kayode

Image
Fani-Kayode took to his Twitter account on Sunday, to state that Kanu did not only bring the South East to a standstill, but he has made a tyrant – referring to President Muhammadu Buhari – tremble. He wrote: “Nnamdi Kanu is no nonentity.  Nonentities can’t bring the east to a standstill, can’t make tyrants tremble and can’t attract massive crowds.”  himself has declared that Buhari will not return from his medical trip in London. The IPOB leader made the declaration while addressing his followers in Nri, Anambra State. Kanu also warned that the anger of his god will descend on the people of Anambra if they went ahead to participate in the November 18 gubernatorial election in the state. He also warned anyone who opposes Biafra, saying “what happened to Buhari will happen to the person.”

Britain to invest in Nigeria’s pipeline, gas and power

Image
The British Government has expressed its readiness to invest in pipeline infrastructure, renewable energy, gas and power of the Nigerian oil and gas industry. British High Commissioner, Paul Arkwright, made this disclosure when the Group General Manager, Group Public Affairs of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, (NNPC) Ndu Ughamadu, paid a courtesy visit to the Chancery of British High Commission in Abuja. Arkwright noted that the British Government had genuine investment interest in the Downstream, Midstream and Upstream sectors, stressing that the British Department for International Trade was ready to liaise with the federal government to invest in the country. The High Commissioner also urged the federal government and the NNPC to organize a road show in London to create awareness on the possible investment opportunities available in the Nigerian Oil and Gas sector. According to a statement from the NNPC, Mr. Arkwright disclosed that so many Britis

BLACK SUNDAY! His Royal Highness, As Emir Sanusi Runs Out Of Town Because Of Boko Haram Takes Over Kano

Image
It was indeed a black Sunday, in Kano, as suspected members of Boko Haram invaded the ancient city. Sources said that His Royal Highness, the Emir of Kano, is still in shock, for the untimely invasion of Kano, despite the claim by the President Muhammadu Buhari administration, that the rag-tag Boko Haram has long been technically defeated. Post-Nigeria, gathered that it took the intervention of Special Police Officers to stop the invasion, following a gun duel with the terrorist suspected to be members of the Boko Haram. The Police Officers were members of a special task force, set up by the Inspector General of Police. At the end of the gun duel, three of the suspects were arrested, as well as two women suspected to be wives of the suspects. Meanwhile, Troops of 103 Battalion, Operation LAFIYA DOLE, on Saturday night, neutralized 3 female suicide bombers, trying to infiltrate their location at Kawuri, in Konduga Local Government Area of Borno Stat
