IPOB declares Buhari a terrorist

The embattled pro-Biafra group Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB),Thursday declared the administration of president Muhammadu Buhari a terrorist government. In a statement by the group's media and publicity secretary, Emma Powerful, described the Nigerian legal system, especially as configured by Buhari and his cacophony of family cabinet as a jungle. While decrying the continuing detention of her members across the country by the administration, the statement saw it as laughable situation where persons expressing their God-given human rights and political/administrative persuasions were simply dumped in prisons without any charges or trial in a regime that called itself a democratic government, or is it really demonic? Amnesty International Goes Tough On Nigerian Military, Declares IPOB The Most Peaceful Freedom Fighter Worldwide The indigenous people of Biafra have just recorded a major boost, as their cries for world attention has been heard, with Amnesty international just responding to the killings in the south-east. Amnesty International (AI) made it known to the public that it is investigating the clash between the Nigerian Army and the members of the Nnamdi Kanu led Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, in Umuahia, Abia state. Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association in Kwara State has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of not doing enough to help Fulani herdsmen in the country. The union also canvassed for the release of the Games Reserves across the country for use of the herdsmen. Speaking with journalists in Ilorin on Friday, the chairman of the association, Alhaji Usman Adamu, said that the measure is one of the steps to arrest incessant clashes or misunderstandings between farmers and herdsmen in the country. “We have these reserves  across the country, from Bauchi state come down to Ogun state being inhabited by bush meat.  If government can release these reserves to us there won’t be problems between farmers and herdsmen again”, he said. Fire on Thursday gutted the Senate Chamber in Abuja. It was learnt that the fire suspected to be from an electric spark started from the technical room of the senate. It was gathered that smoke has taken over the chamber of the Senate, forcing senators to vacate the area. A shooting at a high school in Parkland, Florida, involved "at least 14 victims" and many were feared dead, officials said Wednesday, adding that the suspect -- believed to be a former student -- was in custody.
