Rights lawyer, Femi Falana, has accused President Muhammadu Buhari of “impunity” in addressing recent killings by herdsmen in Benue and other states. Mr. Falana said the president was giving the impression of favouring one set of people against another. “I’m now bothered when leaders come out to make statements that give the impression that we either out to cover up serious criminality,” he said. “The government, the security forces know those who are carrying out these our problem. “Since 1914, this is the first time in the history of our country that any group would go around, terrorising citizens with AK-47 rifle and they have not been crushed by the state. “This regime, the Buhari administration, declared a war on insecurity in the country. He prides himself as having successfully tamed terrorism in the north-east. It crushed the indigenous people of Biafra. In the Niger Delta, a war has been waged against the militants. The IGBOS OF JAMAICA "RED IBO"

Image
Ever heard the word “red ibo” in Jamaica? Your suspicion is true, “red ibo” was used to refer to the Igbo slaves in Jamaica because of their light skin. The land of Jamaica witnessed the influx of the Igbo race between 1790 and 1809 during the transatlantic slave trade. The modern Igbo race dwelt in the Bight of Biafra in Nigeria. It was from here that the Igbos who were kidnapped and sold as slaves by the Europeans were taken to work on plantations. During this period, the Igbos, due to their inability to speak the language, introduced some of their words which have now become infused in the Jamaican Patois. Some of these words include: Unu – You people Ima osu  (Jamaica)  Imu oso  (Igbo)- to hiss by sucking your teeth Akara  (Jamaica)  Akàrà  (Igbo)– bean cake Soso  (Jamaica)  Sọsọ  (Igbo)- only Jamaica’s historical culture cannot be mentioned with the influence of the Igbo’s. The Igbo’s influenced the culture, music, the pouring of libation, the “ibo” style, idiom

WHERE IS NNAMDI KANU? HE IS A PROPHET, BENUE MAN EXCLAMS!

Image
Where is Nnamdi KANU? This is the story of a Man called Agaba Emmanuel from Benue state as he weeps over Fulani herdsmen’s killings in his state. Nnamdi KANU called Nigeria a zoo country and they said it is a hate speech but now the government seems to value cows reared by Fulani herdsmen more than citizens of the nation. How can a sane person or country kill people because of a cow? Many death has occurred in Benue state as a result of Fulani herdsmen agitation for land that is to be used for agriculture in order to help human beings be to be giving to cows and the president is calm over it. The Fulani herdsmen has killed over ten thousand Benue state residents and have destroyed properties worth billions of naira all in the national of converting farmlands to grazing lands for their cows and president Buhari who is also a Fulani is yet to proscribe them terrorists. Many Nigerians are not surprised for president is Fulani, IG of police is Fulani, DSS boss is Fulani, interior mini

PROSCRIBE FULANI HERDSMEN OR IPOB WILL REINFORCE AND COMMENCE PROTEST AGAIN -Senator Abaribe

Image
The Chairman of the South-East Senate caucus, Enyinnaya Abaribe has lambasted the Federal Government over its decision to proscribe the Indigenous People of Biafra,IPOB, under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu and still keep adamant over the recent killings of Fulani Herdsmen. The senator made this call at his residence in Abuja threatening to reinforce IPOB if federal government fails to proscribe fulani herdsmen. When we talk of marginalizing the Igbo people, this is a vivid show of it, you tag a group of people a terrorist group who don’t even have a gun, yet some group who have killed not less than one thousand people are walking freely, this must stop, ban them or the second coming of IPOB will loom war if touched or killed again. I have received calls condemning me for my silent, this is time to defend the people that put us in power

Image
The pan-Igbo socio-Political organisation, the Ohanaeze Ndigbo, has told the Federal Government to perish its idea of cattle colonies, insisting that Ndigbo will not be dragged into such plan. The  Federal Government of Nigeria had last week, concluded plans to establish, “cattle colonies,”  across the country in its quest for a lasting solution to the incessant clashes between farmers and herdsmen. But Ohaneze has told the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration that Igbos have their own breed of cows that do not go about causing troubles, adding that creating colonies where animals are not bred, would cause more harm. For this, the group wants the Nigerian government to forget the idea of cattle colonies in the South-East geopolitical zone. Speaking with the Punch, the National Publicity Secretary of the group, Uche Achi-Okpaga, said, “We have our local breed of cows in the South-East. They are herded and not allowed to cause damage.
