IBIBIO CLAN TO PRESENT A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING TEMPLATE FOR THE PROPOSED BIAFRA NATION

Image
As the heat of Biafra restoration is raging, most of the clans in the proposed Biafra nation are beginning to sort for a common front where all the clans that make up the nation of Biafra will be well represented when restored. Rising from a meeting held on September 3rd 2016, the Ibibio clan deliberated and resolved to put forward a template of the "proposed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)" with respect to the Biafra nation. According to the Ibibio clan, this move was not unconnected to the various suggestions by many international organisations in order to have a better understanding on how the proposed Biafra nation will be run when restored. "It is better to have a better understanding among all the clans that make up Biafra so as to mutually and cordially cohabitate when Biafra exits Nigeria to become an independent nation". This resolution was borne out of patriotism for the nation of Biafra, even as they urged other clans to also toe that path in sorting

Image
The social media campaign launched by the Indigenous People of Biafra(IPOB) has not ceased to yield abundance of support from high profile personalities across the world as the Vatican power house has once again voiced out their dismay over the inceasant killings and clamp down on Biafran activists in Nigeria and all Indigenous people exercising their right to self determination all over the world. In a statement released through the twitter handle of Pope Francis on Tuesday afternoon, the Pontiff urged for absolute "respect" and freedom to all people bound by the chains of subjugation and extermination in different countries of the world. The twitter message reads-    "We ask for respect for indigenous peoples whose very identity and existence are threatened." This latest reaction from Pope Francis came after millions of Biafrans flooded his twitter account with messages asking for him to speak out against the genocide, incarceration and bullying that is being

UK Doctors Unable To Pinpoint Buhari's Ailment - Independent

Image
Independent Newspaper  has gathered that after several months of medication and intensive care in the United Kingdom (UK),  President Muhammadu Buhari’s doctors are yet to diagnose what the president’s illness is all about a  credible source in the presidency said despite series of tests and treatments from renowned medical practitioners both within and outside the UK, nobody has been able to pinpoint what ails the president except that he has completely lost his appetite for food. The failure of the presidency to tell Nigerians the actual state of health of the president has fueled speculations in the country with many alleging that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is guilty of what it accused the then ruling party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) when the late President Umaru Yar’Adua held sway.  The source in a chat with Independent Newspaper said, “Those accusing the presidency of being economical with the truth on the actual state of health of the president are m

Ohanaeze The Game Is Up; Join Biafra Train And Save Your Face

Image
Humiliation of Ohanaeze Ndigbo on the floor of National Assembly was huge. They have been campaigning for the devolution of powers to the States, which they called “Restructuring”, but that humiliation has become a major setback for them as the self-acclaimed Igbo apex socio-cultural and leadership group. It has also truncated their many notorious aspirations. Now, this gives the Fulani and their Northern slaves an edge to continue the monopolization of power and exploitation of the oil and gas in Biafraland, through the centralized power in Abuja. And so their tight grip on Nigeria’s resourced continues. Even with the incapacitation of the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo will do nothing to help them. Very pathetic, it shows that Nnia Nwodo, President General of Igbo slave-group, Ohanaeze, failed to articulate the implication of his campaign very well, and so have been given the Aburi-accord treatment. Aburi accord was one the Northerners failed to honour, which led to the 1967-19

With the 1999 Constitution, the People Don’t Exist

Image
Definition of a Constitution “A Constitution is a set of fundamental principles or established precedents according to which a State (or other organisation) is governed. These rules together make up, that is, constitute, what the entity is.”  “A Constitution helps serve as a set of rules and principles that all persons in a country can agree upon, as the basis of the way in which they want the country to be governed. The Constitution also spells out the ideals the citizens believe that their country should uphold.” 1999 Constitution From the above definition of a Constitution, it is obvious that the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria (as amended)(1999 Constitution) does not fit the bill! The 1999 Constitution, is a creation of the military regime that was in power at the time. The opinion of the people, was not taken into consideration, and so it may be safe to say that the 1999 Constitution, is the basis of the way the ruling military at the time, and n

Mauritania votes to abolish Senate by referendum

Image
Mauritanians have voted to abolish their Senate and alter their national flag by referendum, the electoral commission announced Sunday, in a clear victory for President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz the day after the vote. While turnout was 53.73 percent, 85 percent of voters on Saturday declared “Yes” to changes put to a referendum when they were defeated in the Senate in March, despite fierce criticism from a boycott movement that called mass protests during campaigning. The boycott movement drew broad political support from figures as diverse as religious conservatives and anti-slavery activists. Members of opposition parties spearheading the boycotters held a press conference on Sunday during which they denounced an “electoral farce which has given way to open-air fraud,” adding that people “had clearly rejected the constitutional amendments.” They said they would not recognise the results of the referendum, having previously claimed the government would rig the vote. The mo

No Group represents Igbo Interest than IPOB; we MUST relocate -Igbo's in Kano

Image
An Igbo indigene and member of Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo, Kindness Jonah, who lives in Kano, Northern Nigeria, has disowned the peace talks been championed by Ohanaeze and Arewa Youths to found a lasting peace between the two ethnic. This comes as some Igbo residents in Kano has said they're making every effort to relocate their families to the East before the given date. Recall that a peace talk is currently been held between leaders of the Coalition of Northern Groups (CNG) and Ohanaeze Ndi-Igbo in Kano following the backdrop of the quit notice issued to Igbo living in the North to exit the region before Oct 1. However, reacting over the peace talks, Mrs. Kindness Jonah, disowned the Igbo leaders that met with the Coalition of Northern Groups leaders in Kano, the Kano State capital, on Friday. She said the pan-Igbo Organisation leadership did not represent Igbo interest as much as Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) led by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. According to her, the last Friday’s meeting

Noting that the National Assembly’s rejection of the proposal for devolution was against popular demand, the southern leaders vowed to press on with their demand until the issue was brought to a conclusion. Arewa youths, Ndigbo currently in meeting In Kano over quit notice The leaders, drawn from the three geopolitical zones of the South, also berated security agencies for threatening to deal with agitators of the country’s restructuring describing it as empty and ineffective threats.” Adebanjo raps Yemi Osinbajo Also yesterday, Afenifere leader, Chief Ayo Adebanjo flayed Acting President Yemi Osinbajo over his comment that agitators for restructuring were those looking for appointments. First Hand Information On What Happened At Ozubulu Anambra State

Image
Loveth Gift narrated "We all were in the church during the 6am morning mass today, we saw two cars that drove into the church; because it was a Church premises we over looked it and we considered them to be people that came for morning mass(service). But to the surprise of everyone, the car halted at the center of the gate, meaning you cannot close the gate, since it is open already. "The driver came out of the car pretending he was fixing a problem; so everyone still ignored the drama happening outside the premises. "Suddenly, some men came out from the car, fully armed, all in Army uniform. I was lucky because I was sitting at the back, just beside the door, but I was clearly seeing what was happening. The sky was cloudy and everywhere seemed dark; no one saw what they were carrying, whether it was gun, but surely they were fully equipped. "They immediately rushed to the front door. I was too lucky to jump the fence, but before I had jumped, I heard gun sho

BLACK SUNDAY: GUNMEN[FULANI HERDSMEN] RAIN BULLETS ON WORSHIPPERS IN OZUBULU, ANAMBRA STATE BIAFRALAND

Image
The horrific events in Ozubulu town in Anambra state that took place today are shocking and barbaric. Dozens of worshippers slaughtered in the Church and at the alter by unknown masked gunmen. I do not buy the Fulani Commissioner of Police's version of events. He finished his investigation in record time and just a few minutes after the event he told us that those behind the attack were Igbos that were involved in a communal struggle which has its root ... s in South Africa. I smell a rat here and I suspect that the government is trying to cover up the truth. Until they show me the evidence I remain skeptical about the Commissioner's assertion. I believe that the usual suspects are behind these killings and the fact that they were carried out in a Church just one day after the Hausa song that called for the mass murder of Igbos was released all over the north is relevant and noteworthy. Anyone that doubts that should read the lyrics of that shameful song and hear what th
