The Islamic State in West Africa (ISWA) laid claim on wednesday`s attack on the Nigerian Soldiers of  the 158 Battalion in Borno State, according to a statement from the terrorist organization they claimed being responsible.  The  Islamic State stormed the battalion in Kareto on wednesday evening, killing more than 20 soldiers including a lieutenant colonel being commander of the battalion, ISWA, an offshoot of Boko Haram, claimed credits for the killing of more than 20 soldiersin the so called as reported by Reuters.  Boko Haram and ISWA consistently target military bases and installations in recent months, killing more than 5000 soldiers since Buhari took over the governance of Nigeria or since 2015.  And the Defense Headquarters has not even acknowledged the attack of the battalion and the death of the commander nor commented of it

The Nigeria army again, took over another peaceful community in Okirika,Rivers State Biafra land last night, 7th/8th of March 2019. This inversion which was uncalled for, saw the death of both innocent men and women, young and old in Okirika, as Nigeria armed forces invaded the town without pr ovocation and started unleashing mayhem in their normal war style. Recall that the home of a traditional leader, Ateke Tom was rounded up yesterday by the same Nigeria Military and in this act of State sponsored terror, a person was shot dead. Present condition of Okirika as at the time of this report made us to understand that, all the Okirika indigenes have declared today,Friday 8th of March 2019"a mourning Friday due to the number of the casualties recorded.

Hon. Justice I E Ekwo of court 6 of the Fedral High Court Abuja will hear the suit filed by the Incorporated Trustees of Egalitarin Mission for Africa on monday The hearing will commence on febraury 23, two days after the rescheduled presidential election, Atiku must be disqualified based on circumstances surrounding his citizenship The suit was filed on 11th of febraury 2019 at the fedral high court which is asking the interpretations  of Section (1) & (2) and 131 (a) of the amended Constitution of the fedral Republic of Nigeria 1999.
