IPOB Not A Terrorist Organisation, According To US Code Of Federal Regulations

The U.S. Code of Federal Regulations defines terrorism as "the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives" (28 C.F.R.)

The above definition of terrorism according to US federal regulations has never reflected in the activist of IPOB which is in almost 89 countries throughout the world.

Nigerian army declared independent people of Biafra terrorist organization, I sincerely assumed they are not referring to the indigenous people of Biafra , IPOB, because  between Nigerian Army and IPOB who is a terrorist?

IPOB has no weapon nor have IPOB attacked anyone, but Nigerian army invaded Nnamdi Kanu's house killed and abducted people.

The video that went viral on social media, where IPOB youths on their way to Nnamdi Kanu's house were abducted, forced to drink mud water and killed shows that the Army are the Terrorists.

The outrageous act perpetrated against Biafrans is so horrible and inhuman. IPOB has never used cutlass on anyone nor has Nnamdi Kanu sent anyone to kill for him.

Moreover, Nigeria military has no jurisdiction to declare anybody a terrorist organization.

A Federal  high court judge in Nigeria Mrs Binta Nyaka declared IPOB a lawful organization.

Therefore, a sectional group of Nigeria army made up of terrorist released from prison by Muhammad Buhari to kill and destroy south East is not acceptable to we Biafrans. Such intimidation, show of force and invasion can not stop us. Let them keep killing and buying over southeast governors but they should be assured that they can not stop this noble quest for freedom. All the Biafrans, "one with God is a majority"
God bless Biafra.
